DCDA-6/10/30 series is ultrafine dicyandiamide. As a latent curing agent for epoxy resin, it is a dicyandiamide product with different particle sizes provided by Yuanda Xingbo Chemical Co., Ltd. DCDA-6/10/30 contains 1-3% silicone as an anti-caking additive. DCDA-6/10/30, like other grades of dicyandiamide, is used to disperse in resin systems that require normal stability except activation under heating conditions. Without the use of accelerators such as substituted urea, the activation temperature of dicyandiamide was 160℃ and the storage stability of the ingredients was more than 6 months. Under the catalysis of latent accelerant, such as substituted urea in UR200 series, one-component adhesive, and sealant can be prefabricated and cured at 120-140 degrees with excellent stability. The ultrafine particle size of DCDA-6/10/30 is beneficial to good dispersion, prevention of sedimentation, maximization of activity, promotion of balanced curing of formula system, and avoidance of "hot spots".
The epoxy resin system cured with DCDA-6/10/30 has obvious adhesion, which makes it the preferred choice of adhesive formula. DCDA-6/10/30 is compatible with all epoxy resins including bisphenol A, bisphenol F, and phenolic epoxy resins. Diluted or undiluted values can be used and are compatible with most seasonings and pigments. DCDA-6/10/30 is safe and non-toxic.
