Product Overview

Monocyanamide is a pharmaceutical raw material and intermediate, which is mainly used to produce cytarabine hydrochloride, 3-amino-5-yl-1,2,4-triazole, and is also an organic synthetic raw material, such as the production of cyanamide drugs, various guanidine salts, pesticides, carbendazim, 0-methyl isourea, creatine, and guanidine phosphate flame retardant. Monocyanamide solution is used as a defoliant and non-toxic insecticide for fruit trees abroad. Monocyanamide is mainly used in medicine, health care products, and plant regulators.

Crystal cyanamide is unstable, colorless crystalline solid, rhombic, easy to damp, with a melting point of 42℃, boiling point of 140(2.53kpa), and relative density of 1.282(20℃). It is soluble in water, ethanol, ether, chloroform, and benzene, insoluble in ethylene oxide, volatile with water vapor, and easy to polymerize.

30% aqueous solution of cyanamide is mainly used to produce cytarabine hydrochloride, 3-amino-5-yl-1,2,4-triazole, cyanuramide, dicyandiamide, methyl cyanoformate, and so on. Another main application is to produce various guanidine salts, such as nitroguanidine phosphate guanidine and creatine.

Packaging, storage, and transportation

① Packaging in plastic drums, 200 kg each, or packaging according to user's requirements.

② The temperature of products with a concentration below 30% shall not exceed 30℃ during storage and transportation.
