Products Application
1. Battery: Acetylene carbon black has good conductivity and is widely used in battery manufacturing.
2. Lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and lithium-ion batteries. Acetylene black has a medium particle size, a very high structure, and low ash and volatile content, so its resistivity is extremely low. Acetylene carbon black special for storage battery can improve the storage time of storage battery and prolong its service life. Conductive carbon black (35-40nm) which pyrolyzes acetylene at high temperatures usually refers to acetylene made from calcium carbide. The purified acetylene gas is thermally cracked at high temperature without air, and then cooled and collected to obtain high-performance carbon black, commonly known as acetylene black (ACET).
