India Made A Final Anti-dumping Ruling On Epichlorohydrin in China

On August 14, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice, announcing the affirmative final anti-dumping duty determination on epichlorohydrin (Epichlorohydrin) imported from or produced in China, South Korea, and Thailand. It is recommended that anti-dumping duties be imposed on the products of the above countries for a period of 5 years, with the specific duties as follows: China 0-216 USD/ton, Thailand 298-327 USD/ton, South Korea 274-557 USD/ton.
