Production Process of Aminoguanidine Carbonate:

Add purified water to the reaction kettle, followed by a measured amount of hydrazine hydrate solution. Heat the mixture to 66-68°C and then slowly add a measured amount of concentrated sulfuric acid. Subsequently, add dicyandiamide solution dropwise. Heat the mixed solution further to 80°C, then stop heating and allow the temperature to naturally decrease to 75-77°C. Maintain this temperature for 4 hours. Afterward, add ammonium bicarbonate while introducing carbon dioxide gas. Continue maintaining the temperature for 4 hours. Filter, separate, rinse with ethanol, and dry the product.

During the production process, carbon dioxide gas is introduced into the mother liquor to adjust its pH. After filtration, transfer the solution to a crystallization vessel. React it with ammonium bicarbonate, followed by separation, drying, and packaging.
